With limited spaces available for tours we offer the following cancellation policy;

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund less an $8 administration fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable. Should Meadowview Alpaca Farm need to cancel a tour for any reason a full refund will be issued. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive refunds. Please note, tours run regardless of weather with the exception of lightning at the farm or road closures due to weather. We do our best to give as much notice as possible if we need to cancel a tour for any reason.
